Kristina Dam Studio new collection in honour of the 10th anniversary of the brand
Kristina Dam Studio was founded by Danish graphic designer Kristina Dam in 2012. The journey of the brand started with a series of limited-edition illustrations, but in the past 10 years the design portfolio with furniture, home textiles, sculptures and more.
The portfolio consists of designs with the same quality and potential of a classic: The modernist couch, the Bauhaus-inspired Grid series, and last season’s take on a classic and crafted dining table and dining chair, the Collector. To celebrate Kristina Dam’s inspiration from art and architecture, the studio launch a new sculpture design every season. Sculptures not necessary with a function, but artistic sculptures designed for those who love to bring accessible art into their home.
Kristina Dam defines sculptural minimalism by merging the artist’s meticulous attention to detail with the architect’s vision and spatial understanding. This season is completed by the masterpiece Frame Sculpture marking the anniversary. Frame is the largest sculpture ever seen from Kristina Dam Studio. The graphic lines and the black powder-coated stainless steel play with the light and create inspiring shadows to be valued both in and outdoors. It is simplicity with an attitude.
With the SS22-collection Kristina Dam Studio frames the first 10 years of interior ingenuity and sculptural minimalism. The clean, honest, and contemporary designs epitomize Kristina Dam Studio.
